December 2011 update: Here is the updated YouTube partner channel template for December 2011.
READ: This template was made for the sole purpose of creating a pixel-perfect background design. Therefore, all other elements are non-editable.
Note: YouTube doesn’t require you to upload a separate header anymore, just one single background image. Therefore, in the template, you can just turn the header layer off or delete it altogether. Just make sure your top links are included within the header area. Image maps for the header can be created with this simple image map tool.
Upon request, I have created a simple walk-through video for this template.
